Tuesday will be a stressful day for many due to the American elections, so I will be hosting a free public prayer and meditation gathering that evening starting at 7PM Eastern. No meditation experience required.

Our intention will be to help ourselves and others stay grounded, and to hold humanity in a field of collective love and compassion.
